President
Crystal joined Seer in 2007, when the team was just a handful of people, and has helped guide its growth into a certified B Corp and remote-first organization. With nearly two decades of experience across strategy, operations, and client service (including hands-on work in SEO and nearly a decade leading paid media) she brings clarity and focus to complexity while leading with values first. Today, Crystal partners with Seer’s leadership to continuously evolve the agency as a disruptive, innovative force, preparing clients, the company, and its community for the future—all while keeping people and purpose at the center.
Outside of work, Crystal spends time with her husband, Mike, and their kids—Connor, Devon, Caden, and Hoagie (the furry one). You’ll often find her cheering from the sidelines, enjoying a beach day, or daydreaming of life in Spain.
