Ren brings curiosity, creativity, and a results-first mindset to his role at Seer Interactive. He works across a wide range of responsibilities including campaign planning, budget management, reporting, and testing new strategies to help clients grow. With a background in Google and Microsoft paid search, he pairs deep platform expertise with a constant focus on finding smarter and more innovative ways to deliver performance. Ren studied Marketing at Penn State, where he also earned a Minor in Digital Media Trends & Analytics, giving him both the analytical and creative foundation to approach challenges from multiple angles. A big part of Ren’s approach is experimentation. He is always exploring how AI and automation can make campaigns more efficient and effective, and he brings that same forward-thinking mindset to his work with teammates. Mentoring and training are core to how he operates, and he enjoys helping others develop their skills and confidence in the fast-moving world of digital marketing. Outside of work, Ren keeps busy both on and off the field. He plays kickball and dodgeball, loves traveling to explore new cities, and enjoys capturing everyday moments with his film camera. He also makes time for trying out new restaurants, caring for his plants, and spending time with friends.
