Fortune 50 Company Cuts Content Production Time by 50% While Staying On-Brand with New Seer-Crafted AI Content Model (SCAI)
A leading brand significantly improved their creation-to-publication timeline with Seer’s new SCAI service, a human-machine content model that offers high-quality content at scale without sacrificing brand voice.
Overview
We partnered with one of the world’s most recognized brands to pilot our new service SCAI (Seer-Crafted AI Content), a human-machine content model designed to speed up content production without compromising brand voice. SCAI reduced content production time by 50% while preserving the brand’s distinctive voice and product specificity that their audience (and PMM team) demands.
By pairing a custom-trained AI model with an experienced Seer editor, we created a content engine that gets faster and smarter with every iteration while protecting brand integrity and editorial standards.
Client
Fortune 50 brand
The Challenge
When you’re a Fortune 50 company with a recognizable brand voice and an extensive lineup of products, creating timely content that promotes innovation is essential to staying ahead of competitors.
Our client was building a fleet of innovative products and features for a wide range of users and industries. However, their internal resources were tied up supporting development rather than creating content to tell the world about these new offerings.
The client needed a way to accelerate high-quality content production that would evangelize those new releases while keeping pace with innovation — without sacrificing their rigorous standards, nuance, and brand integrity.
The Strategy
While AI-powered content creation has democratized the playing field, it’s also opened the door to an internet drowning in AI slop that’s bland, off-brand, and risks tanking credibility.
Seer’s SCAI model was built to circumvent the quality gaps of AI-written content while solving the pacing challenge our client faced. SCAI blends the speed of AI-powered drafting with human-led strategy, voice, and quality control. As a result, the client is able to accelerate SEO and GEO content while protecting brand integrity and editorial standards.
We developed a four-step strategy for the client:
1. Built a custom SCAI model trained on the client's DNA. Seer's Innovation and R&D teams developed a model trained on the client's brand guidelines, audience personas, and a curated set of the client’s best-in-class content pieces. This approach ensured SCAI’s starting point reflected the brand's established editorial standards instead of churning out generic content.
2. Leveraged SEO/GEO specialist inputs to anchor every piece. Our SEO strategists developed outlines grounded in competitive research and deep performance analysis. These outlines gave the SCAI model structured, strategically-informed inputs rather than feeding it a vague topic and desired word count.
3. Embedded an experienced editor as the human-in-the-loop. Rather than treating human review as a light proofreading pass, Seer paired every AI-generated draft with a senior editor who had personally written 100-plus pieces for the Fortune 50 brand over a three-year span. This editor's deep familiarity with the client's voice, product ecosystem, and quality standards meant AI output was evaluated through the same lens as the client's own marketing team and ensured every piece of content passed the “sniff test.”
4. Refined model instructions iteratively across every run. After each editorial review cycle, the Seer team fed any findings back into model refinements: adjusting character-count adherence, eliminating AI-isms, improving product specificity, and calibrating keyword usage to feel natural rather than forced. Each iteration tightened the gap between AI output and the client's meticulous standards.
The Results
With each iteration, the SCAI model got closer to the client’s voice, tighter on character counts, and more precise on product specifications. Net-new sections that once took 4-plus hours to draft required only light polishing.
Combining SCAI with Seer expertise resulted in shorter content timelines:
-
50% reduction in content drafting time: From writing to editing, a 1,000-word article that once took 4 hours to draft now takes 2 hours end-to-end
-
67% faster outline-to-draft handoff: Reduced time from 90 minutes to 30 minutes
-
43% reduction in editorial review time between iterations: Output reflected measurably improved brand voice accuracy across each successive iteration
SCAI helped our client produce content faster while still feeling like it was written by someone who knows their brand deeply (because in a lot of ways, it was).
