Kim has been immersed in the world of SEO since 2012, bringing more than a decade of experience in search strategy, optimization, and digital marketing. Over the years, she’s grown from practitioner to conductor, now serving as a People Lead within the division. In this role, she leans into her strengths of empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving to support her team’s growth, well-being, and success—while still staying connected to the ever-evolving Search landscape.
As a practitioner, Kim has partnered with clients across industries including healthcare, finance, SaaS, and wellness, helping connect the dots between organic search and ROI. Today, her work also focuses heavily on internal operations for the division, where she leads efforts around staffing, change management, process refinement, and training development. Her career reflects a balance of technical expertise and people-centered leadership, with a drive to create meaningful impact for both clients and team members.
Based in western Washington, Kim enjoys time with her immediate and extended family, who are also rooted in the Pacific Northwest. A Connecticut native, she has also called Boston and San Diego home before settling in the PNW. Outside of work, life is full and lively—she and her husband are kept busy with their two sons’ many sports and activities, and their home is packed to the brim with sports equipment of all kinds. Add in two dogs who love to make appearances on Zoom calls, and it’s an awesomely busy household.
