Lauren Konyves
Operations Lead, Business Strategy & AI Strategy
Lauren focuses on building smarter, more efficient processes that strengthen Seer’s sales and onboarding journey. Since joining Seer in 2018, she’s grown from supporting prospective clients to shaping the operations behind how Seer evaluates, scopes, and transitions new partnerships. Today, her work centers on revenue operations, where she partners closely with the marketing team to align go-to-market efforts, optimize CRM management, and design solutions that streamline the sales process while keeping people at the core.
In addition to revenue operations, Lauren serves on Seer’s AI Council, where she helps guide the company’s approach to risk management, evaluates new tools, supports team adoption, and turns innovative ideas into structured frameworks for action.
Lauren’s a Philadelphia native and currently lives in the suburbs of the city. Outside of work, you’ll find her deep in a good book or outside tossing the frisbee for her dog, Scout.

Lauren volunteers with Junior Achievement, a nonprofit dedicated to preparing young people for success by teaching financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. She participates in programs that help students build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in school, careers, and life.
