Hayley joined Seer’s Paid Media team in 2021 and is now a Paid Media Manager. She draws on both agency and in-house experience to guide clients across industries, with specialized expertise in healthcare and higher education. Hayley is passionate about adapting strategy proactively as the search landscape continues to evolve, from testing new platforms and campaign types, to refining cross-channel approaches as AI reshapes search behavior.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys hiking and exploring Florida’s springs and state parks. She’s also a regular at museums and spends time painting with watercolor and gouache, often with her cat nearby “supervising.”
