Alisa combines her passions for solving problems and building process as the Director of the SEO Division at Seer. Her day to day includes leading our Technical SEO Division, making data-driven staffing decisions to identify and align the right account team with the right project across all SEO projects at Seer, and overseeing the creation and management of scalable processes within the SEO division.
A data-driven marketer at heart, Alisa joined Seer in 2012 as an Account Manager, working on a variety of client accounts ranging from a Fortune 50 financial institution and multiple regional healthcare systems to enterprise and boutique eCommerce shops. While her clients were all over the map literally and figuratively, Alisa consistently hit goals for her accounts by helping people solve their problems. Whether it was a client who addressed an acute business problem with SEO or a content strategy aimed at solving a consumer’s pain points, Alisa genuinely enjoyed winning for her clients as an Account Manager. In 2014 Alisa moved into a Team Lead role, where she lead a team of Account Managers and Associates. Alisa was fortunate to work with dozens of incredibly talented and hard-working team members, many of whom are still at Seer today. In the Team Lead role, Alisa continued to be the strategic lead for a key account, a national greeting card brand with multiple enterprise eCommerce websites.
Alisa moved into her current role as Associate Director in 2016, forging ahead into new territory and defining the new role which developed as a result of Seer’s continued success and needs to scale up. Alisa is thrilled to have the opportunity to design systems and processes that improve our ability to perform for our clients, as well as improve the lives of our team by eliminating points of friction and roadblocks in their day to day. Alisa’s notable accolades include the Seer MVP in October 2016 as well as a Spaghetti Warehouse Employee of the Month in 2008. If you’ve worked at a Spaghetti Warehouse before, you know that’s pretty impressive. Prior to Seer and subsequent to Spaghetti Warehouse, Alisa spent 2 years managing SEO strategy in-house for a family of boutique eCommerce brands.
Alisa is a proud Temple University alumni. In her free time, Alisa loves to take advantage of Seer’s unlimited vacation policy by traveling to new places, primarily to try the local beer. Alisa is an enthusiast and advocate for several local animal shelters and has a soft spot for rescue animals. Last but not least, Alisa spends a considerable amount of her free time-solving problems and building process for her fantasy football and baseball dynasty teams. It’s worth it.
