We reinvest our profits back to the people who created them, in 2025 that was 36% of all profits went back to the team.

We share revenue, margins and goals with the whole company. We average 4.5% annual salary growth (data from 2024-2026).
Paid Parental Leave
12 weeks of paid leave to all new parents. You'll also have a phased return to work period following leave for a more supported transition. You can take up to a 4 week unpaid extension too.
Unlimited PTO
We insist that all employees take a minimum of 3 weeks of PTO per year. With paid holidays on top of that, you're looking at around 6 weeks to do whatever makes you you.
