Sierra Karst is an SEO Manager, guiding strategy for SMBs and enterprise accounts alike. She leverages data analysis, technical SEO tools, and agentic workflows to complete scalable analyses that improve business results. Letting the data lead, she and her teams create scalable SEO solutions that can tie into cross-channel marketing strategies. She’s worked with clients across industries from education and SaaS companies to e-commerce and international retailers. Sierra draws from a cross-disciplinary education: a Bachelors of Journalism, with additional focuses on computer science and social sciences at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln. In her career, she’s worked as a content strategist and SEO associate, while still prioritizing continuous learning by studying subjects such as landscape design, horticulture, and data analysis. Sierra is passionate about understanding the impact of AI on current workforces, workflows, and the digital marketing landscape. With experience managing both SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) projects for clients, she experiments and researches GEO best practices, learning how to incorporate them into a full funnel strategy that holistically helps clients meet their ideal customers. Outside of working hours, Sierra can be found gardening and shopping at farmers markets to support the local food movement, helping to restore native prairies, or simply enjoying downtime at home to craft and cook with her family.
