Alyssa Joyal

Alyssa joined the Seer team as an Operations Manager in the fall of 2024.

 

Prior to Seer, Alyssa served in various project management and resource management roles at multiple marketing agencies as well as Newfields art and nature campus in Indianapolis. After pursuing a Studio Art degree from Indiana University, Alyssa quickly started working alongside creative and marketing teams on project execution and operational improvements. Her work has led her from coordinating festival and exhibition material installations, to extensive multi-family housing rebrands, all the way to implementing and maintaining project management systems.

She holds Business Management and Project Management certificates from the Kelley School of Business and looks to grow her financial and operational acumen here at Seer.

 

Outside of work, you can find Alyssa doing anything and everything related to living an active lifestyle. She loves hiking, kayaking, working out, and going on adventures with her Boston Terrier, Sprout. She is also an avid cooking nerd and traveler, having been to ten different countries.
