Since joining Seer in 2015, Christina has built the Project Management practice from the ground up, creating a team that ensures projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and specialists stay focused on driving results for clients. A certified PMP, she brings a disciplined yet human-centered approach to every engagement.
Christina and her team focus on eliminating blockers and friction at every stage so ideas don’t just stay on a roadmap - they get implemented. Their mission is simple: increase the ROI of every client engagement by building goal-oriented project plans that map to client priorities, boosting implementation rates, and enabling practitioners to do their best work.
What Christina is most proud of? Building a team of exceptional project managers who are strategic, detail-oriented, invested in the work, and above all, just really good humans that are incredible to work with.
A Drexel University graduate with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Psychology, Christina is a lifelong Philadelphian. Outside of work, she’s admittedly pretty cliché - an avid foodie, hiker, traveler, die-hard Philly sports fan (Go Birds!), and, most proudly, a mom.
