Ryan’s journey through Seer is a story for those seeking adventure.
It started in the Philadelphia office in 2011 with the SEO team. In 2013, he and two members of his team moved to San Diego to lead Seer’s expansion into a second office location.
Over the course of 5 years (and getting elevated to SEO Associate Director in 2017), Ryan wore many hats to grow both the San Diego office (team and client roster) and the SEO division coast to coast.
Those hats included: building team culture; developing SEO service line innovation; supporting office operations and office relocation planning; leading company-wide professional development initiatives; building brand awareness of San Diego to aid team member recruitment.
After a 2 year hiatus to venture into entrepreneurship, Ryan returned to Seer in 2020 as a Senior Business Strategy Manager, and in 2021 became the Director of Paid Media.
In his current role, Ryan uses his past experiences as a digital strategist, entrepreneur, and team builder to empower his team to realize Seer’s vision to use data and proprietary tools to fuel holistic paid media strategy.
