A Massachusetts native (and proud Boston Celtics fan!), Kia attended Temple University as an Advertising major focused on strategic media planning and copywriting.
For 2 1/2 years, Kia worked across multiple enterprise Client accounts at Seer on the Analytics team. Her ability to tie business problems to data spoke to her love for unearthing insights that her clients could take action on. Starting in 2020, Kia transitioned from the Analytics team to the internal Seer Marketing team. She now works on branding, content strategy, community engagement via email and social, event planning, as well as paid media strategy for Seer as a company.
Addicted to results, Kia has a passion for turning inspiration into execution — testing and learning is her forte. As someone who never loses sight of the bigger picture — she always grounds herself on the impact marketing has on Seer’s bottom-line through meaningful data analysis and actionable insights.
