A native Californian, Katie began her career in digital marketing as a freelance writer, while working towards her Masters degree in Athletic Training.
While helping companies in various industries improve their content marketing, she quickly realized her passions lied more in her side hustle, so she dove head first into the industry. It was her experience interviewing buyers, sellers and real estate agents to inform content while working for a luxury real estate brokerage that led her to Seer in 2016. She was stoked to have found a company where audience research and empathy for the consumer is woven into every digital strategy.
She loves getting to speak with target audience members to understand their journey. Happy to flex her writing skills at any moment, she loves the challenge of finding strategic ways to insert customer quotes into meta data and page copy to truly speak the audience’s language.
When she’s not finding new opportunities for clients, you can find Katie in a plank at her local Lagree pilates studio, at an indoor soccer rink, or running on her home beaches of Encinitas, CA. When her heart rate is at a normal level, you can find her reading a psychological thriller, enjoying a Belgian craft beer, or in the audience at a stand up comedy show.
