The Challenge

The register and login conversion rate was low, especially on mobile. Since our clients' website aims to reach users that will buy in the future, it's very important to get them to register so we can start building a relationship with them.

Seer’s goal was to increase the number of accounts created and reduce form drop off without removing a single field from it.

The Strategy

We conducted a CRO audit, including Hotjar polls, heatmaps and sessions recordings to understand user behavior and inform an A/B test hypothesis.
