Suzye Carroll
Sr. Manager, Agency Operations
Suzye Carroll (she/her) is the Sr. Manager of Agency Operations at Seer Interactive, where she supports the Paid Media and Analytics divisions in strengthening internal operations. A PMP and Certified Scrum Master leader, Suzye specializes in building scalable processes, streamlining collaboration, and empowering teams to deliver impactful work efficiently.
With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University, Suzye began her career as a visual designer, leading digital exhibition projects for institutions such as the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and the Museum of American History. Her knack for organization and cross-functional coordination guided her transition from design to project management, and eventually into operations leadership when she joined Seer in 2021.
At Seer, Suzye bridges creativity and structure, helping large teams stay aligned and adaptable in a fast-moving agency environment. Outside of work, she’s often reading, roller skating, hammock camping, hunting for thrift store finds, or watching scary movies.
