Marissa Foster

Marissa joined Seer in 2016 and now serves as VP of Client Services & Agency Operations, based right near Seer's HQ in Philadelphia. Over the course of the past several years, she has helped to develop the Client Engagement and Project Management functions at Seer and leads a department of account leaders and project managers who manage Seer’s largest enterprise partnerships. Her role centers on uniting teams and clients around cross-functional goals, bridging Client Services with Operations to build scalable workflows, integrate systems, and enable data-driven solutions that consistently elevate the client experience. She is proud to be a part of helping to shape Seer's structure as we've grown and continue to pioneer new ways of doing things in the industry. Since joining Seer, Marissa has worked directly with clients across industries ranging from manufacturing to financial services to healthcare, with a focus on cultivating meaningful, trust-based relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal teams -- and empowering her team to do the same. She and her team are passionate about uncovering opportunities others overlook: identifying competitive gaps, harnessing data in new ways, and pushing the boundaries to deliver unique value and solve problems for clients.
