Elise Paulino

Elise Paulino serves as the Lead People Partner at Seer Interactive. With a passion for aligning people strategy with business impact, Elise plays a pivotal role in shaping Seer’s approach to talent development, performance feedback, and cross-functional leadership support. She partners closely with all Division leaders across the organization, helping them navigate team growth, change management, and organizational design in ways that are both strategic and deeply human. Throughout her tenure at Seer, Elise has led the evolution of the People Partner role from a supportive function into a strategic arm of the business - spearheading innovations in KPIs, leadership development, and redefining how the company supports managers at every stage of their journey. Her unique blend of emotional intelligence, operational rigor, and coaching insight has helped shape a more empowered and aligned leadership culture across teams. Outside of work, Elise is a proud mom to three busy kids and the wife of a dedicated first responder. Her home life is full of soccer games, wrestling matches, motocross races, and community volunteering - and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
