• Wil Reynolds

  Founder, SEO

  Over the past 11 years, Wil Reynolds has dedicated himself to doing two things well: driving traffic to sites from search engines and analyzing the impact that traffic has on the bottom line of companies. Wil's career began at a web marketing agency in 1999, where he spearheaded the SEO strategies for companies that included Barnes & Noble, Disney, Harman Kardon, Debeers, Doubleclick, Hotjobs, and Mercedes Benz USA (to name a few). Although the internet bubble burst, Wil's passion for web marketing has always been strong. Wil founded SEER Interactive, a Philadelphia-based SEO firm in 2002. Wil currently sits on the advisory board of Convenant House, an organization that works with runaway youth in the Philadelphia area. • Crystal Anderson

  SEM Consultant

  Crystal joined SEER Interactive after working for an international interactive advertising agency headquartered in Baltimore. Her main focus was to build strategic business alliances with companies and agencies worldwide, along with developing and managing various international online advertising campaigns, including banner, pop, interstitial, and PPC campaigns. Her responsibilities also included handling the media buying for campaigns generated from the Baltimore office, as well as the Mexico City, Mexico office. Her ability to efficiently multi-task and strive for top results for her clients make certain that SEER's clients will achieve success. Crystal is a graduate of Kutztown University. Crystal volunteers for various organizations including: March of Dimes, Race for the Cure, and the Center for Autistic Children.

  

• Rachael Gerson

  SEO Consultant

  Rachael joined SEER Interactive following five years of telecommunications marketing experience with Comcast. In addition to managing competitive projects, she was responsible for developing training programs for new products and creating marketing initiatives. Her technical background and strong analytical skills make her an asset to the team. Rachael is a graduate of Villanova University's School of Business. Rachael volunteers with Laurel House, an emergency domestic violence shelter in Montgomery County, and with Mitzvah Mania.

  

• Bonnie Schwartz

  SEM Consultant

  Bonnie began her online marketing career with her work at a start up online dating company, where she helped to develop overall internet marketing strategy with a focus in email marketing. She then began working with PPC strategy at a Philadelphia ad agency, where she worked with major brands that included David's Bridal. Bonnie has a Business Degree with a focus in Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Her passion for Internet Marketing and her drive to succeed will help SEER's clients achieve top Web results. Bonnie volunteers with Philadelphia Cares, through which she teaches seniors basic computer skills.

  

• Adam Melson

  SEO Consultant

  Adam joined SEER Interactive after three years of marketing experience working with a software and financial company. The need to stay in tune with a fast-paced online marketing industry drove him to find a position at SEER. Adam has a degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania. Adam volunteers at United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia.

  

• Jessica Hill

  SEO Consultant

  Jessica became part of the SEER team after trekking home to Philadelphia from San Diego. She spent four years with Access Media Group, an online healthcare publisher, as their Marketing Manager and honed her skills in SEO, SEM, and website development. Jessica earned a BA in International Business & Management from Dickinson College and a M.Ed. in Sport & Recreation Administration from Temple University.

  

• Andrew Burke

  Programming

  Andrew joined SEER Interactive at the end of his senior year at Villanova. Andrew's design and code on various projects is essential to the team. He plans to pursue his masters in Software Engineering at Villanova University. Andrew volunteers at Julia de Burgos Elementary School in Philadelphia, teaching 8th graders how to use computers for research and presentations.

  

• Brett Snyder

  SEO Consultant

  Brett joined SEER Interactive after interning at an online marketing agency based in Conshohocken, PA, where he got his first experience in a variety of departments, including SEO and Paid Search. Brett fell in love with SEO and SEM after working on Speedo’s online ad campaign during the 2008 Summer Olympics. Brett is a graduate of Villanova University, where he majored in Communication, with Business and Spanish minors. Brett has volunteered with Adopt-a-School, the Bleed Purple Foundation, and as a Special Olympics volunteer.

  

• Aaron Levy

  SEM Consultant

  Aaron joined the SEER Interactive team after working at a full-service eCommerce provider in the Philadelphia suburbs. While there, he built & managed PPC campaigns, developed & sent marketing emails and managed affiliate programs for several B2C retailers. Aaron is a graduate of Villanova University, where he majored in Marketing and Information Systems. Aaron volunteers with the Jeff Cooper C.A.R.E. foundation, working to increase awareness of cardiomyopathy.

  

• Napoleon Suarez

  SEO Consultant

  After five years of sales and account management experience, Napoleon started his SEO career at SEER Interactive as an intern with the company. After successful completion of the internship, he joined the SEER team full time as a SEO Consultant. His strong desire to maximize clients’ SEO efforts and his passion for innovative search strategies have allowed for him to contribute to the SEER team in a positive way. Napoleon is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Napoleon volunteers for Philabundance to help fight hunger and malnutrition in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

  

• Amanda Mancuso

  SEM Consultant

  Amanda joined SEER Interactive after working in a project management role at a full service marketing agency in the Philadelphia suburbs. She managed multiple projects across all aspects of the agency including website design and development, marketing strategies, email campaigns, media planning and paid search campaigns. Amanda is a graduate from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing. Amanda volunteers at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

  

• Mark Lavoritano

  SEO Consultant

  Mark joined SEER after developing his online marketing skills at a full service interactive agency just outside of Philadelphia. Before that, he managed web marketing initiatives for an international toy manufacturer in the greater Philadelphia area. Mark graduated from Drexel University’s School of Business where he also earned a minor in English. Mark is a member of the Surfrider Foundation and also volunteers with Neighborhood Bike Works.

  

• Morgan Talasnik

  SEM Consultant

  Morgan joined SEER Interactive after participating in the Google Grants and Google Online Marketing Challenge programs at Penn State University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Advertising with a minor in psychology. Through the Google programs she was able to gain hands-experience in SEM co-managing several non-profit clients. Along with various Advertising internships throughout her undergraduate career, her passion for SEM continued to grow through a post-graduation internship at a Philadelphia based start-up company, where she gained experience in developing both SEO and SEM strategies. Morgan is a volunteer at The Jewish Relief Agency.

  

• Jaime Rigopoulos

  SEO Consultant

  Jaime joined SEER Interactive after successfully completing an internship with SEER. She has previous account management experience interning at a global advertising agency in Sydney, Australia. Jaime also completed an internship program working with in-house advertising account services at the corporate headquarters of a prominent retail chain. Jaime graduated from Villanova University with a degree in marketing and international business. Jaime previously volunteered with The Second Mile, a nonprofit organization which serves the youth of Philadelphia, and plans to continue to work with this organization in the future.
