She’Neil has worn a number of hats, but they all address one goal: creating a platform for people, things, and ideas’ stories to be found and become memorable human interactions. She’Neil spent the beginning of her career becoming well versed in consumer insights, design, and tech as a user experience designer. She was able to see firsthand how being able to identify a consumer’s needs and wants enables a team to accurately curate a brand experience that yields increased conversion rates, sales, and impressions to name a few.
Within her UX role she was promoted to senior consultant, but quickly left the industry to follow her passion in marketing and beauty! She’Neil spent three years defining and executing the optimal marketing strategy to aid BASE BUTTER, a start-up skincare company she started out of her NYC apartment, in exceeding sales goals on a bootstrapped budget as the lead marketing strategist and company founder. She helped build the brand identity, see through two re-launches, and grow the business that has been featured in ELLE, Cosmopolitan, and Brydie to name a few.
While working with BASE BUTTER She’Neil left NYC for Philly and took on a role with a start-up agency for creatives before finding her place on the SEO team here at Seer Interactive. When She’Neil isn’t working she loves traveling the world with her friends, eating tacos, and listening to music that feeds her nostalgia.
