    Excellent post. Brilliant for an unsung hero at Comcast to work out how to help people with Twitter.

    And yes I get disappointed too when there aren’t any comments on my blog.

    Hi Chris! Thanks for your feedback. I love seeing someone do something that’s truly innovative, and I think Frank did just that.
