Event Recap – Marketing Analytics: Proving and Improving Online Performance
Event Drawing by SEER Interactive COO, Larry.
On August 15th, we held our “Marketing Analytics: Proving and Improving Online Performance” event at the Search Church. Speakers included SEER Interactive’s Rachael Gerson and Aaron Levy, along with Joanna Lord from BigDoor (formerly of Moz), Tim Wilson from Web Analytics Demystified, and Justin Cutroni from Google. Each speaker chose a charity to which proceeds were donated, and they included the Laurel House, American Diabetes Association, Feeding America, Share Our Strength, and the Analysis Exchange.
The event provided an in-depth look into the core principals of analytics including how to set measurable goals, get increased visibility into online channel performance, and embrace data-driven decision making. Since digital marketing comes along with a great deal of data, the presentations helped attendees to determine how to use that data to their advantage and to obtain actionable insights from it.
You can view video recaps from each of our speakers below:
Joanna Lord Presents “Understanding Customer Analytics”
Rachael Gerson Presents “Getting Involved in Your Analytics”
Aaron Levy Presents “Marketing Whiz Wit”
Tim Wilson Presents “A Process for Being Data-Driven”
Justin Cutroni Presents “Rethinking Digital Analysis”
A big thank you goes out to all who attended, and we hope to see you at our next event at the Search Church which will focus on Big Site SEO on November 13th, 2013! Stay tuned.
