As for needly clients, I think part of any SEO company is to establish that they know what they are doing, have a track record doing it, and educating the client early as to how to get the most out of the SEO company. And as I have said numerous times, beating them up is probably not the best way. But the SEO company is also at fault if they 1 - Never communicate with clients until the client calls in or 2 - Communicate rankings only and not the impact that those rankings are having on traffic / sales Your cat is named sandwich, how did I NOT know that.
