Stephanie is our Office Manager here at Seer (for BOTH COASTS!). Steph’s job is multifaceted, which is one of the reasons she loves what she does. At any given time she may be scheduling meetings for Wil, our CEO; showing a new hire around the office; taking care of various administrative tasks; or coming up with ways to make our company culture the best that it can possibly be.
Stephanie started her administrative generalist career in 2007. What began as a part-time gig grew into much more for her as she learned more about calendar management, HR, office logistics and became proficient at her job. Her “Girl Friday” skill set makes her a fantastic office manager because she understands all areas of operations and is able to approach each task with a “big picture” mentality. A winner of the 2016 Office Ninja All-Star Award and a finalist in the 2017 eZ Cater’s Office Hero Award competition, Stephanie’s skills do everything but go unnoticed, both in our office and out.
Stephanie is a lifelong Philadelphian, currently living in the Northeast section of the city. She loves the privacy, the scenery, and the peace that comes along with living outside of the inner city. But don’t get it twisted: Steph doesn’t exactly slow down when it comes to her personal life. She loves working out, hanging out with her teenage son (who currently still thinks she’s kinda cool), watching Philly sports (and yelling at the TV), traveling with her husband, walking her dog Trotter, decorating her house, and exploring flea markets and yard sales on the weekends.
